Currently Frese is looking for a Global Application Expert within Hydronics in Denmark, could that be you?

As a world-leading manufacturer of innovative dynamic valves, controls, and solutions for the global Hydronic HVAC market, Frese is a recognized industry stakeholder in improving energy efficiency in Buildings.
As Global Application Expert within Hydronics at Frese, your mission is to bring innovative hydronic HVAC solutions to the industry and facilitate the continuous journey of energy efficiency and comfort for all relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities includes:
- Ensure hydronic expertise is embedded in the product portfolio and in commercial and technical support to sales, distributors, OEMs, partners, and relevant customers.
- Support and train the sales force and our distributors in supporting and winning projects.
- Application training, support, and insights in NPDs.
- Hydronic calculations and hydronic SW owner, including 3rd party SW relationships.
The profile we are looking for:
To be considered as a preferred candidate in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Bachelor of Science Degree, Engineer or similar (Mechanical, mechatronics or similar). Alternatively, several years of experience in the HVAC segment
- Expertise in hydronic heating and cooling systems and applications
- Solid experience in hydronic energy calculations and optimization
- Solid experience with several SW solutions for hydronic energy calculations and optimization
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Experience working in an international company and handling projects across cultural settings
- Service and support mindset and strong relationship building skills
In this role you will be in daily contact with many stakeholders, both internal and external, and therefore it’s important to have excellent cooperations skills. Furthermore, you must be persistent, have excellent analytical skills and self-driven. You must be trustworthy and dedicated and additionally, have experience working internationally and be fluent in English.
In short, the person we are looking for must be able to demonstrate results from a similar position in the industry, is a strong communicator, a world class hydronic expert, and able to engage and build trust at all levels.
